At ferm LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and securely packed in their original ferm LIVING packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
